The Maestro Wu Damascus Chinese Vegetable Cleaver (A3-MA) is an Asian cleaver with an ergonomic handle for cutting vegetables and boneless meats for single meals or holiday feasts. It’s best used in a rocking motion, and its wide blade face is great for smashing garlic and for scooping up prepped veggies from the cutting board. It is related to the smaller A2 and the larger A7 cleavers.
