The Maestro Wu Large Vegetable Cleaver – Damascus Chinese Cleaver (A-7) is the perfect Asian cuisine cleaver for chopping vegetables for single meals or holiday feasts. It’s best used in a rocking motion, and its wide blade face is great for smashing garlic and for scooping up prepped veggies from the cutting board. Its large size will also allow it to cut through small bones, such as fish and chicken.
It is related to the small A-2 and the standard A-3 cleavers.
