Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges in most cases within 3 days of your order being delivered. Please contact us via email to initiate the process. Depending on the situation, you may need to pay return shipping.

Warranties

We do warranty all of our products. We ship them to you defect-free from our warehouse. If you receive a product that need warranty service, please email us with a picture or video to begin the process.

Customer Support

We can answer all of your questions about our products and services in great detail. It is best to contact us via email that contains your phone number if you want us to call you, and we will get back to you as soon as we can – usually within 24 hours.

Problems checking out or paying?

Sometimes orders experience trouble checking out due to spelling errors, incorrect information, or an international credit card payment get rejected by the processor. When this happens, we recommend using the PayPal payment option and selecting the “pay with a credit or debit card” option. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us via email and we can send you a payment link

Delivery information

Most orders ship within 72 hours of ordering, unless otherwise noted in the product description. We will notify you via email if we expect a longer wait time. While we strive to have most items in stock in our US facility for shipping, your order may ship from our Taiwan location if your shipping address is outside the US, is a speciality item, or if any part of your order is not in stock at the time of your order. 

Therefore, we recommend all US destined orders to choose USPS ground. We do not guarantee the use of 2 day priority mail services, even though it is given as one of the options (we cannot remove the option from the module).

All shipping to US addresses can be tracked though the USPS website, and those addresses outside the US are usually trackable on the destination country’s postal website.  When shipped from our Taiwan facility There will be a 13 digit tracking identifier starting with EE, and ending with TW (ex. EE123456789TW). Tracking with the EE prefix can also be found on the Chung Hwa Post website.

We understand that the postal rates given in the checkout are USPS rates and times, however, if your item does ship from another facility it is done without extra charge to you. There may be a black holes of time while your order is in trasit. Common causes are usually tracking system update delays and customs clearances. You may need to sign for your package at your local post office, so please monitor the tracking daily.
