It generally takes 1-3 weeks to restock an item. Custom made items can take a little longer, though. Please contact us if you have any questions about an out of stock item.

We accept a range of methods across 4 currencies. For USD, We accept PayPal, Venmo, credit and debit Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, & JCB cards. For AUD, CAD, and EUR, we accept PayPal, credit and debit Visa & Mastercard.

Orders generally ship within 72 hours either from our US or Taiwan location. You can see where a product ships from by clicking the “Shipping Info” tab in the product description. All international orders ship from our Taiwan location. We recommend choosing the USPS First Class Mail International for international orders.

There are 3 ways to check the tracking status of your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking info. You can check the order status under the Orders tab when you log in to your user account, and finally you can click on the Tracking page from the footer of the site.

We ship worldwide. If you are not sure about your country, please contact us before ordering.

If you live in the USA, there is sales tax for Colorado residents. If you live outside the USA, you should always expect to pay your country’s Tax/Customs/Duty/VAT/GST, etc.. Please do not complain to us about the amount of tax your government charges. We all know they charge too much. Besides, a Tuna knife that big is difficult to pass by unnoticed, anyway!
