World’s sharpest Taiwan tuna knife- Yong Shin Custom Forged have been featured on YouTube as the “world’s sharpest Taiwan tuna knife”. Weighing in at just under 5 lbs , this one is for the big fish. The 11″ x 7″ blade is designed for removing the scales, chopping off the tail, and for separating or “filleting” the fish along the radial cartilage and spine.
