Jende Industries Taiwan is launching their local sharpening service in Kaohsiung. It’s called “Foreign Pig Sharpening Services” (外國豬磨刀子), and we sharpen kitchen knives, household scissors, fabric shears, and beautician shears. (Click on CC in the video below for English subtitles )
The name “foreign pig” is usually a demeaning term for foreigners, but the term here is playfully aimed at getting the elephant in the room out of the way. Yes, this guy is a foreigner. More importantly, the sharpening services are unbeatable in terms of price and quality.
The couple in this video use our services because it’s hard to find good quality sharpening that lasts. The local market sharpening is very cheap, but it doesn’t stay sharp long.
The catch phrase for the services is ” we save your fingers”.
