The Knife Repair channel straight out of South Korea dropped a vid reviewing Jende Industries’ 1 Micron Poly Diamond Emulsion on a 210×70 Kangaroo Strop from Jende. Now, no English subtitles, but you don’t need ’em to see this guy diggin’ the results.
He unboxes that Emulsion and Strop, and let me tell ya, he’s vibin’ with that packaging. Then, he slathers up that strop with the 1 micron poly diamond emulsion and gets down to business after sharpening a slick Shun Chinese-style slicer/cleaver. You can practically feel the smoothness in that paper cut test. And to top it off, he flaunts his stropping skills using a Shun Nikiri-style blade.
Overall, solid review from a top-notch sharpener we all respect. We’re crossing our fingers for more content from him and his crew worldwide!
