The Jende Industries Guided Sharpener, or JIGS for Knives, is easy to put together, and even easier to use! This build video shows how the JIGS is assembled for initial use. The major components of the EXACUDRIVE tower and rotatary pillar come pre assembled, so all you need to do is plug and play.
The video also shows how to clamp several blades, including a fixed blade knife, chef knife, and a meat cleaver. No other sharpening system offers such freedom in clamp movement and placement for optimal clamping of almost any blade.
