The Jende 10×4 inch diamond lapping plate is custom designed to get the most out of your lapping. It features a flat 250x90mm solid metal plate that is 10mm thick. The abrasive consists of a 100 grit diamond grid layout with channels in between to allow for slurry runoff. This keeps the plate from loading up and keeps stiction to a minimum on higher grit stones. There is a non-slip silicone mat included. Use liberal amounts of water to keep the slurry from drying out and building up during lapping.
