Instructions:
The rocket shaped base connects to the back shell, which features a file function inside. To open the clippers,  push back on the horizontal thread and open it upward until it is fully opened. To close, grasp the threaded portion and push it back, then push forward to secure it.
Retract the file into the base. If there’s any blue film covering the file, remove it before use.
