"Don" Michiel Vanhoudt's kitchen knife sharpening is customized to suit your needs. Basic knife sharpening for fixed and folders starts off at $13.50 for blades up to 12" and come with a basic finish of 5K and a 0.25 micron strop. Minor chips are repaired as part of the service, but there are extra charges for major damage. Please contact us first if you are unsure of the amount of work necessary, or to get a quote for more than one fixed or folding knife.
