Maestro Wu D-12 Heavy Duty Meat Cleavers come in three sizes: Heavy (standard), Heavier, and Heaviest. They are meant for chopping beef and pork bones, and whatever else you want to obliterate! They are unstoppable. Blades are all-stainless steel and have a hardness of around RC 58.
