Jende ROUGH leather knife strop features the rough suede side up for more aggressive stropping action. Made with vegetable tanned cow leather it is another way to maintain your knife and tool edges more quickly than conventional smooth leather.
The 210x70mm (approx 3x8") strop uses 2mm thick leather, and is mounted to a 3/4" thick piece of stable acrylic for easy use for handheld and bench stropping, as well as being a standard size for most stone holders. You can load them with our Jende Emulsions for more aggressive stropping. Jende ROUGH leather knife strops are color coded for easy recognition. *Please note that we recently changed this strop from the blue-gray acrylic to a brown acrylic.
