The Jende Recurve Rod for the KME Sharpener is the solution for getting some of those knives with tight recurves that the standard 1″ wide stones have trouble accommodating. The rod is 10mm in diameter attached to a 4mm stainless rod for quick grit changes. The Jende Recurve Rod is designed to be used with the 1×4 Jende Diamond Films with PSA backing (sold separately). It is recommended that one rod be used per grit.
