The Maestro Wu D21 Chinese meat cleavers are a medium weight meat cleavers available in 7″ and 8″ blade lengths, each with a 5mm thick spine that can be used to chop chicken bones, ribs and other lighter bones. It can also be used as a heavy vegetable cleaver and for boneless meats. For a more substantial bone chopping cleaver check out the D-12 Heavy Cleavers. The D-5 Meat Cleaver is the lightest version in this series.
