Maestro Wu's powerful bombshell steel Traditional Handle Chinese Meat Cleaver easily chops chicken bones, beef bones, turkey bones, pork bones, and even fish into bite-size pieces. The Traditional Handle Vegetable Cleaver easily slices through vegetables and boneless meats. The wide face of the cleavers easily "scoops" up cut food, and is great for smashing garlic!

Maestro Wu knives are some of the sharpest factory sharp knives we've ever seen, but they are capable of even more after our professional sharpening services. You can choose how sharp you'd like your cleavers from the dropdown menu above. We recommend the 2000 and 5000 Grit services for these knives.
