Kinmen Knives & Maestro Wu Traditional Handle Bombshell Steel Knives

Even before the Second Taiwan Straight Crisis, Maestro Wu's father was famous for carrying his forge on his back and travelling from village to village. These were the traditional knives people used for fish, butchering, and everyday meal preparation. They are the same basic blade shapes as the D series and A series knives, but employ a rat tail tang that secures the simple, yet effective wooden handle to the blade.
